Waldorf Microwave

Sounds way better than the XT-version I used to have. The only problem is the interface: just one big red knob with a few buttons. I've also bought the SoundTower editor, but there's still a lack of getting in the touch with the instrument. Don't know if it's a stayer...

Roland Juno 60

I'm really in love with this one. The Juno-60 is very good in producing pads, strings and arpeggio's and is very useable in techno and ambient music. I hooked it up to MIDI via a Kenton Pro DCB which turns it into a production monster!

Roland TB-303

The real deal when it comes to acid. I don't use it very often in my music but I just love composing with it during the lost hours of the day (in bed, in the train, in the backyard). It also functions very good as a cv/gate sequencer. The sound is very deep and full of character and I just love the filter. Definitely a stayer.

Roland TR-808

Does its thing and does it good! The sounds are very full and warm sounding and form a perfect rhythmic basis for my ambient techno creations. The TR-808 is very easy programmable and sounds very lifely. The only minor is that you aren't able to copy-paste patterns.

Technics SL 1200MK2

Given by a friend. :-) These two have expanded pitchcontrol.

Gemini PS-626i

I don't like the EQ, especially not the way the bass-control behaves.

Lexicon mpx1

Nice sounding reverbs. It's a shame it's such a b*tch to program (bad interface).

Kurzweil Mangler

High quality, easy to use modulation effects processor. I really dig this one, it has very good convertors, eq and algoritms.

Genelec 8030A

Very good sounding active monitors which I find really pleasant to listen to.

Behringer DDX3216

Easy to use digital mixer. The EQ isn't always as secure as I wish it should have and the effects don't have much character (sound 'flat' and lifeless). It is, however, a good way to enter the world of digital mixing because of the price and the options.

Kenton Pro DCB

The thing that hooked my Juno-60 really up to MIDI and hooked me really up to my Juno! It's very cool that it is bi-directional, so I can use the Juno as my master keyboard.

Doepfer MSY2

I have one to sync my 303 and 808 to MIDI.
